Separate Carrier for Toll Free

Hey guys,

So I'm setting up a new carrier, however they have two trunks one for just toll free calls and one for non-toll free. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how to set it up so that the agents don't have to change their prefix when they are making 3-way transfers out to toll free numbers? I assume it'd be something like setting up an other carrier that tries to detect if the call is to a TFN or not and then dial out using the appropriate carrier. Any advice would be appreciated.
