Trunk configuration in VICIBOX Server

Hey, guys...I used to work with VICIDial a couple years ago, mainly to load lead lists to existing campaigns and add/remove users and extensions Now I need to setup and configure a dialer so that the company can push inbound/outbound campaigns. I;ve downloaded and installed ViciBox server v.8, and

Our ISP has configured a port #2 on their switch for Dedicated Internet Access (Static IP)
IP: 172.236.214.30 gw: 172.36.214.31 mask: 255.255.255.252
DNS:65.24.123.5 and 65.24.123.6

A SIP trunk was configured on port 7 of the ISP-provided switch, with the following credentials:
SIP Details: Number and Credential: 8766134273 – U2NARZ4nKMs
IP for PBX: 172.36.14.34 gw: 172.36.14.33 mask: 255.255.255.252
Domain:iadvoip.digiceljamaica.com
DNS: 68.52.136.100 and 66.54.136.101

My test box has one NIC on 192.168.0.104 (VICI web server) and the other NIC configured as 172.36.14.34

(I assume Jamaica has the same dialplan as US/Canada)



I can ping the iadvoip.digiceljamaica.com successfully, but I can't make outgoing calls



My test VICI Box is:
Core2Duo 2.66GHz
4GB DDR3
240GB WDGREEN SSD
1 x onboard Gigabit LAN NIC
1 x add-in 100 Mbit Lan NIC
ViciBox Server v8_1.x86_64-8.1.2


Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
